I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work with an MSW, continued on to pursue and complete advanced institute training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at New York Counseling and Guidance Service, and completed training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders at Postpartum Support International.
I have also held various positions at reputable social service agencies in the New York Metropolitan area. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults who have been challenged by homelessness, severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, chronic illness, grief and loss, trauma and teen pregnancy.
I have been in private practice for almost fifteen years where I provide individual therapy to young adults and adults who struggle with anxiety, excessive worry, depression, bipolar disorder, self destructive behaviors, life transitions, substance abuse, grief and loss, trauma and other conflicts. I also offer clinical supervision services to Masters Level Social Workers and Institute candidates.
